Hi all, the first problem: This game is consuming me. I don't expect sympathy.

Question: How does OOTP treat changing a players positions? If you stick with the established order of difficulty (1B,LF,RF,3B,CF,2B,SS,C) and keep in mind arm strength, can you take a catcher and put him in the OF (for instance) without a significant penalty?
