Hi everyone, seven hours into my first game. First question:

I'm sustaining a lot of injuries on my team. If I see a guy who is tired (yellow bar) how should I handle it? I don't have the personnel to take him out for a few days, my settings for replacement is the default "if regular is tired" but he keeps playing. I am on full AI manager control for the individual games, I auto-play week by week with all the stops in for every event. Should I micro-manage more, or am I missing something?
