By the way, addressing this question, the same process can be applied as I described above. In this screen shot, if I were trying to beef up my AA roster and I had an extra minor-league catcher to trade, I would go after the GM's of the Smokies, Blaze, Curve, Stars, and Thunder (all AA teams). I would know this by using the Positional Strength Overview by Positions report found on the AA level. As Bluenoser pointed out, it's available on the AA league home screen.
