In that thread i show how i do it. i believe i have changed it since then but that shows the idea.
Before WAR was in OOTP i did have a statistics based version but i can't find it on this computer right now.
Both systems worked fairly well. It added big time to my immersion to my fictionals and was worth the extra time in the offseason.
