OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Where do the free agents from independent leagues show?

Do they just go straight to the free agent pool? Is there any message that tells you who they are each year (like the international FA)? I haven't seen one in my hundreds of seasons of playing OOTP 14, so I don't really need to ask that question... Is there a way to see who these independent league FA are or do I just have to check the free agents periodically throughout the season?
