No, I don't know anything about any of this.
I unzipped the folders to a it created called Skins, as a subfolder of addons. It created a folder for each of the three I downloaded. Do I keep Skins under addons, or do I move it from addons to someplace else? That sounds like what you were suggesting. I just don't know where the someplace else is.
