The logo set that I downloaded has historical logos for every team. For each team, the most recent logo will have "2013", or "2004-2013", or whatever in the file name. For 2013, everything is correct. Once I hit 2014, some teams started reverting back to old logos and uniforms, seemingly at random. About 20 of the 30 teams stuck with their correct logos. Others reverted to older ones: the Red Sox switched back to their initial one, while Toronto reverted to their 2003 logo, and the Phillies even started using a "Philadelphia Blue Jays" logo that was in the folder (and did not have "phillies" in the file name). Is there any way to fix this other than changing the years on every logo and jersey file to some year in the distant future?

Only solution I found for this is to delete all the logos except the ones you want to use. Or to change the logo you want to use to include 2014 and beyond in its name.
