Not sure what you are asking. If you want to control AAA and the AI controls the rest of the minors the answer is no.
If you want AI to control all minors and you control ML then yes.
Online Questions
1) Historical (random debut, fictional or players enter draft in 1st year of ML service, Fictional or Modern ML that will be fictional in 5-10 seasons?
2) Scouting on or off?
3) Draft pick trading and/or trading of recently drafted players.
4) Ratings scales (1-10, 2-8, 20-80, 1-100 etc)?
5) Stars or ratings?
6) size of league? small 12-20 teams, medium 20-30ish, large 30+ (ML size)
