Hi guys just got the game and seems pretty good to me. I was wondering a couple of things.

I like to play as a GM and have control of the roster (mostly 40 man and active), is there a way to set it where the computer/ AI manages the promotions and demotions of guys up to AAA?

I also want to sign up to play an online league but am wondering which functions I should really explore most before jumping into a league unprepared, ie what do most people here let the AI do and the essential stuff that should be done by the team owner himself?
