Move your .lf file in your saved games folder to a zip drive, it is not a huge file. I would make a 2nd copy in case something goes wrong in the transfer. Might take 30 seconds to transfer if you have a slow cpu. Then on the new CPU move it from the zip drive to the saved games folder in OOTP. It is pretty simple process. Just make copies before you try to move it to protect yourself.
