OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - Best Way To Show Images From Game On Forum?

I know a lot of guys here have very elaborate dynasty league threads with lots of graphics. Here is a good example:

What is the best way to manage the graphics for this? I see this guy in particular is attaching the image directly to the board. is there a way to export a "screenshot" of the screen in your game to the forum? or do you need to get an image capture program like SnagIt, manage this images in a folder and attach them from there?

If there's a direct export function from the game to a forum post, I haven't found it yet. Please help?
