YES YES YES!
Though it would be a huge memory hog, this would be great for players who have played OOTP and don't use their iPhone for anything else but calls/text/web.
The biggest feature missing from OOTP is the almanac, which is a huge necessity to save data. Right now all you have is a screenshot if you want to capture a player.
