Anything on this? I would be interested to know. I created a Continent with 4 nations. I created a region so I could create a league that only uses my Nations.

90% of my players are unknown city of birth. Also it only seems I get cities of birth from 2 of the 4 nations when I get them.

There are only 16 cities per nation. Maybe that is the issue.

Any ideas anyone?
