Now, there is a difference between a
bug and a
false advertising. The tactic doesn't work the way they should is a
bug, the scout doesn't working is a
bug,or the numerous crashes (although I see you are not complaining about these), and the development team are trying hard to fix them.
(Facegen, however, is a legitmate complain, I'll give you that)
Whether the UI is easy to use is up to personal opinion, I find it not hard to use (although I also understand a lot of people do find UI hard to use).
and yes, it is legal to advertise what league was cotnained in your game, league names are in the Public Domain.
But I really have a problem with your last paragraph. OOTP/FHM developement did not use "false demos, screens, or Crap", the screenshots they take on the game is in the game right now. About demos...I don't think FHM ever said there is going to be Demo did they? At least not with the official release.
