However, the ability to export your entire league in HTML is already built into OOTP. Would that not suffice? Pick out the pages you want and post them?

The Almanac is an excellent history journal of the league, but doesn't do a respectable job of telling a "narrative" of the season week-to-week or month-to-month as a newspaper does. In the Dynasty forum, a lot of folks try very hard to present the ongoing story of their leagues in a way that is interesting and builds some excitement. The only way to do that now is to screen capture a lot of information (standings, leaders, box scores, etc.) and organize it into a newspaper type storyline - something I think could be done within OOTP with less effort.
For an OOTP player with no interest in telling his league's story to anyone else - I can see why this wouldn't be needed, but to a group of us, sharing our team and player stories is part of the fun.
