I feel that the owner giving you expectations of play .500 ball or something different is kinda unrealistic to give when you are managing a low level minor league team. They may fire you cause you had a sub .500 record but low level teams are all about player development not winning records.

I'm not sure what or how it should be changed haven't thought about it that far ahead yet and not sure it it had been mentioned before.
