I use NHL Game Center Live as I did last year. It's $99 for the season this year (the one time I'm happy about the bad Euro-$ exchange rate), I run it with my PS3 and it works great. As far as I know Blackout rules do not apply here in Europe but that might be different from country to country. Here in Germany I watched every Blackhawks game including the PO's last year and the first game this year without trouble.
