Yeah it is in EHM. You can search for head coaches based on what kind of hockey you want to play (not sure it it matters much though) For example Claude Julien is a defense minded coach with high stats on defense coaching and so forth.
It's just that it's not very usual that the GM and the head coach are the same people. The head coach do things like lines, tactics, training and such while the GM handles the roster, signings, drafting and such.
In my opition, head coaches, a search filter that can filter players based on country, contract, age, left or right handed and so on, and the option to fully customise the leagues especially NHL is the only major things that are missing in this version.
After that i would be happy for every little fix we get even if there is just a patch to get number of penalties 0.001 higher or anything lite that.
But thank you for dropping in and be in touch with the community. That is exactly what i mean by transparency.
