- Yes, I'm on latest patch C

- Note that none of my observations relate to minor league shuffling (that's a tangent). The issue I noticed are with the big league Active roster.

- The playoffs represent a small slice of time over a full season (and a career). So it seems they also get a small slice of the development focus. Thus the flaws in the CPU AI. However, success in the postseason is the ultimate goal in this game (right?), so it deserves more attention.
