For me it's Kolten Wong, 2B from St. Louis. I found him while playing OOTP 13. He's a consistent .270+ hitter, very loyal and has pretty good work ethic. He's the one player I always try to start rebuilding my club with. The right amount of time in the Minor Leagues, he'll be one of the best players on your club immediately and can make an impact very quickly.

EDIT: It would be nice if you could explain why you always try to get that player for your team.
