So you were not a Knicks fan prior to Patrick Ewing? Well I can't exactly call you a bandwagon fan there cuz even with Ewing they sucked. Could never win the big game.
Again i just told you i started liking the raiders before i even knew how good they were. We didnt have espn back then. All we had was cowboy games and some oiler games. I started to like the raiders from the rare highlights i saw. If i wanted to just cheer for a winning team i could have just did like everyone and cheered the cowboys. Winning gets teams more coverage. More coverage equals more opportunitys to get fans. Not like the way it is today where you can see every game.

I told you i wasnt a big fan of basketball before Ewing went to the Knicks. Sure i watched some of it and could have become a Lakers fan or a clippers fan but i became a Knicks fan and it had nothing to do with their record.
You dont like it if people choose winning teams but its okay for them to choose teams losing teams?

Sports are a business and yes it is just like a movie or music. You put out a crappy product you lose support. Plain and simple. Some of us will put up with the ad music but others cant block it out. As long as they dont keep leaving and returning i dont have a problem with it.
