I like the challenge of taking over a struggling franchise, but once I get deep into a franchise I always get tied to that team and can't bring myself to change. I always want to see if I can mold those high draft picks into all-stars or trade that veteran star for a young prospect. So usually when I'm ready for a change for some reason, I end up starting a new league rather than switching teams in the one I'm playing.
