Why are all my Middle Relivers "unhappy" with their "Role on Team?"

I've checked their expectations on the Overview screen and they all say bullpen. And on the Pitching Ratings screen, they allso say "strictly bullpen" or "bullpen."

So what could possibly be their problem. They are also not under utlized or over utilized, so I'm not sure what the issue is.
