Im still getting familiar with the game. Ive simmed through 3 seasons with the Mets. I was interested in adding a salary cap on the teams but wasnt sure if that was possible? Ive read thru the posted manual about the player salary cap is where I can possibly do this but im not sure if im doing something wrong?

It doesnt affect any of the cpu transactions, the payrolls remain above the cap.

Does anyone know if its possible to do a salary cap and if so how? Ive been trying to research it for a few days.
