No draft + below salary floor though not really
The first draft comes and goes as it should, after that no more drafts (for at least two years).
Salary floor at 44, even though I'm at >50 I cant progress the game without manually moving a player with high salary to my team. I am "below salary floor", the game says.
When editing a player contract the cap hit does not change.
