I can only speak for myself and speculate for others, but most modders tend to not save individual jerseys as psds. They may save all of the elements of every jersey (such as workmarks, patches, logos, etc) in their main (or one and only) psd file though. I could be wrong, but I don't think you're going to get what you're asking for.
