2014 Best Batter Selected In DDIV: Peter Peters went on a year-long hitting rampage against Delaware Conference pitchers and collected the Siliver Slugger Award for 2014.

The New Castle right fielder battered the opposition for 185 hits, 44 doubles, 1 triple, 40 home runs and 98 RBIs, while scoring 121 runs. He hit .359 and posted a .465 on-base percentage.
