I think that the leadership ratings should vary as well as consistency and all the other ratings. Look at Sosa before 1998, he was one of the most inconsistent players around, and overall was not a very good player. But, he was able to work through it and is now a very consistent excellent player. So, I think consistency ratings should change over time, and also all the other 'intangible' ratings.
