For a first version, this game is great IMO! Management simulation games are incredibly complex pieces of software, and it takes many years to polish them and get them to a state where you can call the games close to being flawless.
I personally am very proud of Sebastian, Malte and Jeff
They will continue to improve FHM 2014 and add more great stuff in the coming years. And some day, it will be on par with OOTP, I'm pretty sure of that.
