hmm... you may be right, in which case I would advocate having a true rating and a scout's interpretation, similar to the way the ratings & potentials are done now. I wonder if this is already the case? I don't think so, but I could be wrong.
As far as developing over time, I would definately like to see this with the leadership rating- 23 year old rookies are not generally leaders...
