I think if someone takes the time to provide specific feedback such as the OP did, then even if the says "I'm done", they still have contributed something that the development team can use to help improve things. Taking the time to specify issues is feedback.
And guess what: there is NO COST to skipping the post if you don't like the message! Why respond to these threads at all? To pad your post counts?
