I always have a few of these knuckleheads. The guy is twenty-years-old, in AAA, hitting .356/.414/.687, starting every day - and he's so irate over his performance that his overall outlook on life is miserable. Short of promoting him to the majors to hope that he'll get giddy about that transaction and equalize his misery somewhat, there's almost nothing you can do with these guys but trade them to Colorado or Washington and hope they mellow out a little.
