Try exporting the rosters, see if the drafted players show up. I've never tried before, so don't know.
Rename the resulting .txt file to .csv. Then take a look in it. You'll be able to tell since the draft prospects will have uni numbers of 0 and, most importantly, loyalties of 500.
If so then have your existing league generate the same amount of draft prospects as in the quickstart. Then paste the players from the quick start over the players in your league. Be very careful that you
do not overwrite the ids of the prospects in your league.
That should do it.
But if the draft prospects don't show up in the exported rosters, then I don't think you'll be able to do it. That's the big question that I don't know the answer to.
