Only if you have the secret setting enabled that awards 6 points for a TD, requires 10 yards for a 1st round and has the concussion setting on "very high", but the league acknowledge concussion setting down to "minimum we can get away with".
But, you do have to contact Roger Godell's office on how to find that setting.
