That's what I figured perhaps the coding should change instead of saying "career minor league talent" for a veteran in the end of his career it should say something like "declining skills but provides experience and leadership" or something like that.
The game should realize when it's talking about a 22 year old over a 32 or 42 year old. Little wording makes the difference.
