It's different then with Rose or Shoeless though, thats why their #'s should be removed. Other then Pettitte and Clemens no other great pitchers have been busted that I can think of. Cheating will always be around, it just depends on who gets busted for what.

Rose did nothing as a PLAYER to get himself banned from baseball. The notion of making him an unperson in the record books is extremely bothersome.
