You want to hold the option (alt button) down and hit Go. Then proceed with the following:

Library / Applications Support / Out of the Park Developments / Franchise Hockey Manager 2014 / data / quickstart_games / Majors.quick / graphics / *here*

The library file is hidden by default, so holding the option key shows it temporarily... if you are applying your graphics to a saved game make sure you pick the saved game folder... if you want them for all future games then go to the quickstart folder. Hope that helps
