Be sure that you've enabled "online mode" and then you need to send your friend the "accountsdata_gms.dat" file, which resides inside the "settings" folder, which is inside your league's directory. He will need to place it in his "settings" folder. The reason for this is because this file contains the ftp settings that his game needs in order to login and upload the export file to the server.

Make sure that you have all of the FTP online information correctly entered in the online FTP setup. Make sure that you test connections for all of the settings and they come back as successful, otherwise you'll be sending your friend an "accountsdata_gms.dat" file that contains errors and it will not work for your friend.
