What point of the season are you currently? Some things can only be changed at certain times.

I would change the all star date in set up and then go to schedule editor and generate a new schedule.

If that doesn't work you can export the schedule to a text file. Find the All star break, trade those three days with the three days you want to move it to and import it back into the game.

I had to do this with my league and after I did it once the schedule has been fine since.
