I know the premise of the game, blah, blah, blah . . . it's supposed to simulate building an organization, etc.

But why not allow an option to pit two teams from different years against each other (i.e., the 1969 Mets versus the 1986 Tigers)?

With all this game does, such an option would seem easy to implement, and it would add another fun dimension to the game.

It makes no sense to not include it.
