Easy way to do this is to copy the saber modifiers from one of your minor leagues. (Or just change the indy league from major to A, AA, or AAA and it will adjust the PCM's automatically) you don't need to touch the traditional modifiers.

Did that. All are created with a A, AA, AAA with tweaked PCMs between .650 and .900.
Doesn't have any effect
Now, if I kill the Major League, the salary demands line up more with the associated leagues. But I want the Major League to pluck the best players from the Indy leagues as the years go on and they improve.
