I don't think it's off by much. Biddle and Franco are close to being top 100 prospects, and there is a lot of injury risk with Rendon. He has never played a full season anywhere and Washington is getting two good players. Add in another prospect and it should be more even. Personally, I wouldn't trade three good prospects for Rendon but that's my preference.
