Every time I create free agents destine for my small scale salary (single A AA level) independent league, where minimum salaries are $2000, they still ask for $400000+.

Shouldn't their salary demands be commensurate with the league they are created in? Like, if they are created in a Major League, they'd ask for 400000+, If they are created in an Independent minor league level, they should ask for a salary related to that league.

It worked that way in the past...
