See if you can do the deal without Quinn being involved. As you said, Rollins is signed for a couple more years so when his contract is finished, Quinn should be ready. Or try and trade Rollins or even Rollins/Franco for Rendon. You may have to add a little cash but I wouldn't give up Quinn if I don't have to. You'll need a good SS when Rollins leaves.
Biddle for Rendon may be do-able, too. I don't know how your negotiations have gone so far, but I know when I've played my MLB QS league, that Rendon is not untouchable by any means. I play as the Cardinals and the Nats took Freese and Ryan Jackson for Rendon and Zach Walters.
