Yes and we "philly" people are homers too...
I am doing a MLB13 league where a half decent college pitcher was from Stratford NJ... near my hometown and also where I spent part of my youth growing up. Naturally I picked him up and followed him closely throughout the minors...
The jerk wouldnt re-sign no matter what I offered and ended up going to the Dodgers for less money as a F/A.
Just goes to show the love...<grin>
