Problems I see if add Players to Blackhawks that were part of 2010 and 2013 team they will release like Neimi and so on or Trade like Towes or Kane or so on for a Draft Pick thats fine but more should come back and also keep signing Free-Agents and come Opening Day says over Salary Cap.
Also if I put the Players who have a Website on the Blues and even with Salary Cap at the highest it can be on September 2 the Game Exits even if I put the Players on the Market with 7.0 or higher on that date it exits to.

I was hopping Expansion Draft and League Structure/E. was turned so we can check to if their are problems before 9-3.
