I may be mistaken, but it seems to me that the game looks at the star ratings of the players on you major league roster and anything 2.5 or below is considered a weekness. It is not very accurate most of the time. 2.5 star players are the league average and several of them are capable of performing quite well. I'd pay very little attention to this if I were you.
