Others have seen this and it's a known issue that should get addressed in the next patch.

If you go keep reading the next post after the one I permalinked, Markus realizes the issue about service time when minor leaguers on the 40-man get placed on the major league 60-day disabled list. Hopefully both of these issues will get addressed in the patch.
