I'm at home, using a wireless router with service provided by AT&T U-verse. As of two days ago everything worked normally. Now the website (forum, main site) do not load, it just times out and says "Chrome can't load" or some general error. When trying to download the latest file in game, I get a "Cannot connect to FTP server."
I've tried changing to passive mode, download thru html, all of the different options and no luck. 3 other leagues i do not have an issue downloading or accessing the sites.
I've mentioned it on the league forums (Which I can access on my phone in 4G mode) and no one has seen this before either.
I've cleared cookies, history, temp files, i've run a virus scan, did windows defender, i've done everything I can think of without any success.

This sounds more like an issue with the wireless router, firewall, ftp settings, cache, etc then a problem with the game itself. If I were you I would find some tech support forums and search the internet to find a possible solution to the problem. Here is a google search you could try
'unable to load one website'.
