Sorry for the confusion, my Missoula Osprey team is in the Major Leagues. I expanded the league after 2013, adding Missoula and Wisconsin to the NL and AL centrals, respectively.
I always us minor league teams as my expansion teams for the uniforms and logos (don't know how to make my own). So, as the major league GM of Missoula (now a ML team as of 2014), Chicago should not be fining my players!
